Bailey's Booking Policies:

Check In/Check Out : Check in 3 pm. Check out 12 noon or by arrangement
Extra Guests: Adults: $20/per night, Children: $10/per night, Pets: $10/per night.
Max Occupancy: 5
The suite is non-smoking. Smoking is permitted outside only.
Cancellation policy: No charges if 14 days notice of cancellation is given, otherwise the charge is 50% of the booked rate, or the full amount for less than 24 hours notice.
